Free Return

We accept free returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

For Alaska and Hawaii, flat rate return shipping $15 

Return Items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all security tags attached and the original packaging included

If you need to return an item, login to your account and click the Return Item button under My Account menu. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we receive and process your return.  You may also email us: support@bynoralex.com for your returns.  Returns without notifying us first will not be processed

Once a return request is approved, a return shipping label will be emailed

 

Refund

Once your return has been received and accepted by our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.  You may also choose to receive a store credit instead.
